i weighed in today at 219, that’s a 2lbs loss for the week. 9lbs lost since 1/1/13. I’m on track.
I went to ikea and bought some stuff. i ate at chipotle. oh did I mention yesterday I took a massive dump, like a foot and half of poo poo. almost pooped my pants at sports authority, got a new water bottle instead.
